Date: 01 October 2008 Ipsos MORI and the BBC recently brought in IML's expertise for gauging the shifting opinions of floating voters during Gordon Brown and David Cameron's speech's at the recent political party conferences. Using IML's new PeopleMeter software the panel registered their approval or disapproval for what Gordon Brown and David Cameron were saying using IML's Communicator keypads.
