Bobby Moore Fund Sports Ball
The Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK raises money for research into bowel cancer in memory of footballer Bobby Moore. Their annual Sports ball is not only a fun and entertaining evening but helps fund the vital bowel cancer research and raises awareness of the disease.

The Bobby Moore Fund Sports Ball gives guests a taste of great food, a chance to listen to live music and great entertainment, meet celebrity guests as well as bid on lot items full of exclusive sporting memorabilia and money-can't buy experiences using iml's silent auction software.  

IML's Communicator keypad allow guests to remain seated whilst they place their bids on lot items. Guests simply enter their bids into their keypad and the screen instantly informs them if their bid has been successful.

The keypad screen constantly updates guests with the highest current bids, generating competitive bidding that increases the value of the lots.

The Sports Ball takes place on Saturday, 14 November 2009 at The Royal Lancaster Hotel, London from 7.00pm to 2.00am

London sports quiz
Another star studded evening IML is pleased to be supporting is The Bobby Moore Fund Sports Quiz, the charity event of choice in the celebrity sporting calendar.

The evening gets off to a relaxing start with a complimentary drinks reception, courtesy of The Brewery.

From here guests will be invited into the main room for a fabulous three course meal and the night's star attraction - the legendary Sports Quiz, up to 56 teams battle it out in the celebrity-hosted quiz to win the coveted Bobby Moore Fund Sports Quiz Trophy. IML's Communicator keypads will be used throughout the quiz to increase competition between rival tables.

Individual and team scores are automatically calculated by the IML system and results can be displayed live to the guests immediately after every round.

The evening continues into a silent auction full of unique lots. IML's silent auction technology will be used to liven up the audience and create a competitive bidding atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a relaxed evening by bidding from the comfort of their seats.

The Bobby Moore London Sports Quiz takes place on Thursday 26 November 2009 at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London from 6.00pm to 11.30pm.
