"Firstly can I say that the IML staff I dealt with before, during & after the event have all been excellent, very professional, helpful & knowledgeable about the system.
The system was brought on board with us as a preference to using paper handout answer sheets & then marking them by hand at the end of our validation sessions, looking back on the events timescales & how the sessions ran there is NO way we could have rolled out such a precise delivery of this without the system.
The system made inputting results for all the delegates simple & allowed them time to concentrate on the samples, from our point of view the major bonus was that we could give everyone their results individually (through the keypads) within approx 1-2 mins after the last person had completed the session.
We also now have fully collated results showing overall & individual results we can also see exactly what each person inputted for each sample, this can come in very useful for any further training.
I would have no hesitation in recommending using this IML system again.
